AccommodationYou'll live, eat and study like a University student in the heart of Central London on the summer school.
You’ll stay at Bankside House, owned by the world-renowned London School of Economics, in the heart of the Southbank.
Just a stone’s throw from the Tate Modern, the London Eye and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, you’ll be well-positioned to make the most of all the cultural opportunities London has to offer.
In term-time, these comfortable student rooms are occupied by undergraduates at the London School of Economics, so you’ll get to experience independence and university life next door to your new friends. You’ll have your own single-study bedroom, including a desk for you to complete your Independent Study work, and you’ll share a bathroom with one other student.
We have a friendly Head of House who is residential onsite and will be able to help with anything you need. Bankside House also has a Reception desk which is manned 24 hours a day, and a night-time security team.
A full English breakfast is provided in the Hall every day, and we’ll be going out to local restaurants for dinner.
Please note, that while we contract with the London School of Economics for the use of their facilities, we are not in any way affiliated with them.
